PRO TOY was founded in 2001 by Barry & Kim Dickey after suffering through a family tragedy of losing their infant son, Braden. Barry, being in the Auto Service industry for 13 years, recognized the need for an alternative in Knoxville for Toyota & Lexus owners for their repair needs. PRO TOY originally started in the Solway community, then in 2005 we opened our state of the art 8 bay facility on Pellissippi Parkway & Lovell Rd.
PRO TOY started out by specializing in Toyota/Lexus service & repair. After moving to our new facility we added Honda & Acura to our specialties by hiring some of the best Honda & Acura technicians. Finally, by the request of our customers (and divine intervention), PRO TOY has expanded its services to cover ALL MAKES AND MODELS, offering everything from routine scheduled maintenance to diagnostic & major repairs. Recently adding the latest alignment machine & tire mounting equipment, we now sell, mount and balance tires, making PRO TOY the only place you need to stop for your vehicle’s needs.
