Starting in 2001 in the Solway area and later expanding to an 8-bay facility on Pellissippi Parkway & Lovell Rd in 2005, PRO TOY has grown to specialize in all makes and models (excluding European models), offering everything from routine maintenance to major repairs. With the latest alignment and tire mounting equipment, we provide full tire services, making us a one-stop shop for all vehicle needs.

OUR TEAM
Barry & Kim Dickey, both Tennessee natives, bring years of experience to PRO TOY. Barry started in the automotive industry in 1988, quickly rising from washing cars to Service Advisor, then to Service Manager roles at Honda and Toyota dealerships, where he earned national recognition for improving customer service. Kim began her career in banking and later gained experience in operations and advertising that prepared her for her role at PRO TOY.
At PRO TOY, Barry focuses on customer service, workflow, and diagnostics, while Kim is overseeing the day-to-day operations. They are dedicated to making customers feel valued and appreciated.
